RemoteOrderEntry (ROE)Options

The Symbol MC3190 Remote Order Entry Device has multiple options for transmitting orders. Orders can be sent to our Blish-Mize server or our Web- site’s shopping cart via a modem, a PC with Internet access, or through a wire- less network. Uploading to a shopping cart allows you to check the merchan- dise total($) and item availability. Dealers that currently order online can walk their stores with this device, scan product UPC numbers, or enter our 7-digit item code to create their order. This helps eliminate the necessity of writing down the items needed, and then having to go back and manually enter them on the website. Two plans are available to purchase the MC3190 Symbol ROE Device:

Outright Purchase: $1,599.00

36 Month Purchase Plan: $50.00 (per month)

Service Agreement: A service agreement is available through Blish-Mize for the MC3190 Symbol de- vice. The agreement provides full repair and / or replacement of the device. The only charge to the dealer is the shipping cost to send the unit in to be repaired or replaced. This agreement does not cover abuse of the device or the replace- ment of batteries. The service agreement charge is required for those purchas- ing through the 36-month Purchase Plan. The service agreement pricing is: Monthly—$10.00 or Annually—$120.00

Customers without the service agreement can still send the units to Blish-Mize for repair. The cost of repair will be time spent repairing the device plus the cost of parts. Labor charges are $50.00 per hour.
