The Office of Minority and Women Business Development awarded the store the Minority and Women Enterprise Development Award in retail. In recognition of its contributions to economic development, community service and leadership in Kansas, the operation also received the Award of Merit.

Toronto Lumber serves farmers, carpenters and roofing contractors in the area.
