We know what we do best,” Jim Teague says. “Instead, we’ve focused on increasing our education and training levels to keep pace with changes in the market, and we keep an eye toward the future, knowing there will always be changes. “We’re one of the few family businesses in this industry left in the area, and we’ve maintained the family presence that provides a foundation that can last through time,” he says.
