Online Credit Request User Guide

The Blish-Mize Online Credit Request program allows Blish-Mize customers to quickly and efficiently file claims for a variety of reasons on stock orders or “out of warehouse” orders from the Blish-Mize distribution centers. If credit is due to your account, it will be processed in a timely manner. Before filing any claims, please review the Blish-Mize Credit & Return Policy that can be found in the Blish-Mize paper catalog or online in the Dealer Services section. If you need to file a claim for a Direct or Indirect (Special) order that was billed through Blish-Mize, please follow the instructions found in the Credit & Return Policy.
