making any changes,” Black says. “We’re comfortable with the two branches we have and how much area we cover, but we want to grow.” Black says a lot of the new products that come into the business are driven by the sales team they have in place. Currently, each branch has about four inside and outside sales representatives. “So much of the business we do is determined by our sales team,” she says. “They go out into the field and talk to their contacts and find out what people are looking for.
