Regan’s journey to Blish-Mize began after he left the U.S. Army and began working as a police officer in Atchison, Kansas. The hours he worked as a police officer took a toll on him and his family and he was looking for his next step. While at his nephew’s wedding, Regan spoke with Greg Lutz, Blish-Mize’s former executive vice president and Regan’s cousin, and told him to let him know if any position became available. Months later, Regan got that call. “Being in the military and law enforcement is tough on a family because you don’t have that time because you’re always on call,” Regan says. “Working at Blish-Mize has made a big difference.
